Resonant Healing based on the work of Beatrice Beebe, Steven Porges, Iain McGilchrist, Jaak Panksepp, Dan Siegel, and many others helps our brain become a friendly resonant witness and warm caretaker to our emotional self and gradually move towards safety and flexibility or what attachment specialists call earned secure attachment.
